The shipping costs per shipping unit of € 4.90 remain unchanged for shipping within Germany! Unfortunately, there is a small increase in shipping costs for international shipping.
Otherwise, almost nothing will change for you, except that you will have a larger selection of delivery countries, delivery options and services. Hopefully you will soon be able to have your parcels delivered to a DHL Packstation in Germany or create your own return labels from the comfort of your own home. You also have the option of specifying a preferred storage location with DHL so that your package will wait for you in a safe place on your property until you are back home. You will receive an automatic parcel notification from DHL by email so that you can always keep an eye on the shipping status of your order.
We are full of confidence that your Eggersmann parcels will arrive undamaged and on time in the future. We try to make the logistic change as error-free as possible. Nevertheless, minor errors can occur during the conversion phase, which is why we ask for your understanding.
