Volaris MEALWORMS dried is the perfect supplementary feeding for insect-eating birds. Dried Mealworms are naturally rich in protein and can be fed all year around. Especially during breeding season, Volaris MEALWORMS dried offers a nutritious complement to the natural food supply of our garden visitors. Also young birds can be well supported in growing due to this high digestible protein source. For robins and other insect-eaters, dried mealworms are a well accepted and feasible alternative to alive feed components.
Dried Mealworms can be added daily to your regular feeding station. If you want to attract your small garden visitors with an extra tasty treat, soak some mealworms in water overnight and offer it the next day to the birds. Only consider, that you have to clean up the rest next day after, as soaked Mealworms will rot faster than dried ones.
