Kernige, aufgeschlossene Haferflocken


Bei unseren Haferflocken handelt es sich um die geplätteten und aufgeschlossenen Kerne von Haferkörnern. Und da sie so weich sind, zählen sie zu den Lieblingsspeisen vieler Gartentiere. Sie eignen sich nicht nur als Vogelfutter für Amseln, Rotkehlchen und Drosseln, auch Igel fressen sie nur allzu gern. Streuen Sie die Haferflocken für Vögel am besten auf dem Boden oder auf einem bodennahen Futtertisch aus.


Auch Kaninchen und Nager mögen Haferflocken. Diese sollten grundsätzlich keine gekochten Speisen verzehren. Daher sollten Sie auch Haferflocken ausschließlich roh anbieten. Diese dürfen direkt zum trockenen Futter beigemengt oder einfach über das Heu gestreut werden. Außerdem können Haferflocken auch direkt aus der Hand als Belohnung oder Leckerei angeboten werden. Haferflocken sind im Vergleich zu frischem Gemüse über einen längeren Zeitraum haltbar und können problemlos bereits morgens gefüttert werden.
