Design trifft auf Natur! Der Futterring des dänischen Herstellers Eva Solo besteht aus mundgeblasenem Glas. Die gläserne Futterstelle wird mit einer Halterung ausgeliefert, die sich einfach an einem Ast, einem Dachüberstand, einem Rankgitter o.ä. befestigen lässt.

Der Futtering hat einen Durchmesser von 14 cm und kann im Inneren mit Streufutter, Sonnenblumenkernen oder Erdnüssen für Wildvögel befüllt werden. Die Futterstelle verfügt über ein Ablaufloch, so dass sich kein Wasser darin ansammeln kann, damit keine Schimmelbildung entsteht oder angesammeltes Wasser im Winter darin einfriert. Das Glas lässt sich außerdem einfach reinigen, was ebenfalls notwendig ist, um Schimmelbildung vorzubeugen und stets sauberes Futter zu gewährleisten.
